How do returns and exchanges work?

You can request a return of your order within 30 days of delivery.

To be accepted, the jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect resale condition: unworn, undamaged, and complete with any accessories received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damaged or non-conforming products.

Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity.

Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

If the product arrives damaged or non-conforming, we ask you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery, attaching some photographs. In this case, we will provide a replacement for the item, and shipping costs will be entirely covered by Revita.
